School Council

The role of School Councils as mandated by 1993 Education Reform -

MA G. L. c. 71, s59C is to meet regularly with the principal, assist in the identification of the educational needs of the students, review the annual school budget and formulate the school improvement plan (SIP).

The LMHS School Council meets on a monthly basis throughout the school year. Meetings are open to school faculty and staff as well as the community and are held in the library at 6:30 pm.
